Youβre almost midway through your second course and already learning so many new things. Hope youβre having fun too π
This is excellent work. So many stars for you π«π«π«π«π«π«π«π«π«π«
Dear Parent,
This song is inspired by the song Doe A Deer from an english movie called Sound of Music. A child singing this song well is a sign that he has befriended the notes now and is able to sing a melody which employs the different exercises he has been learning so far.
From here on you will see how we focus a lot more on the sur and various exercises. These are building a great foundation to learn any song of any language or genre.
Please see our point wise feedback below:
Confidence and Independence – good
Understanding of the concept or exercise – excellent
Singing/ Pitching – good*
Rhythm – excellent
Overall control (volume, breath etc) – excellent
Pronunciation/ recollection of lyrics – excellent
Notes: Ekaagra has sung the whole song in a consistent pitch, which is great (and one of the things we were assessing). We also want him to be able to listen to the note cues that Tootly gives and sing from there. Do try at home and send us a recording if you can.
